Dr. Brittany has a desire to help families move and feel better. Having grown up with chiropractic, she had the privilege of experiencing firsthand how chiropractic at an early age can be part of a lifestyle that helps you function at your best. Dr. Brittany is particularly passionate about serving families, children, and pregnant women because she knows incorporating healthy lifestyle choices can be powerful at all stages of life. As a mom, I see first hand the bumps and bruises that children suffer through and how this can affect function of the body and the development of posture. Chiropractic offers a safe and effective way to help children’s bodies move the way they were designed to. During pregnancy many women suffer from aches and pains as their body goes through many changes to grow a baby and prepare for labor. Chiropractic is safe during pregnancy and can be a great way to maintain function in the body and joints during these changes.

Dr. Brittany attended the University of Waterloo for studies in Kinesiology before going to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. In addition to her regular clinic hours at CMCC, Dr. Brittany had the honour of working at the Muki Baum children’s center where she provided chiropractic care for children with special needs.

She is a certified Webster practitioner. Webster is a technique that is used during the third trimester of pregnancy that is aimed at improving function of the pelvic muscles and ligaments. This leads to less constraint on the woman’s uterus, allowing the best opportunity for the baby to position itself properly for birth.

Dr. Brittany believes in finding treatment procedures that best fit the comfort of the patient. She understands that everyone is unique and comes to chiropractors with different experiences and expectations. For this reason she uses a variety of techniques including activator adjustments; manual adjustments; drop piece assisted adjustments; stretches; massage; ultrasound; shockwave; taping techniques and rock floss (for fascial stretch).
When not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband Joseph and their two children Grace and June.
